Relsify is building a platform and marketplace where real estate properties across Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana, Kenya, Mauritius, and several other African countries are tokenized and made easily accessible and transferable in less than 5 mins.

The idea behind the marketplace is to provide a win-win situation for Real Estate Investors and Developers by drastically reducing the barrier entry for the former and providing the latter with enormous funding capacity to complete projects faster.

The Marketplace is Relsify’s minimum viable product (MVP) where Real Estate Investors (including Crypto Enthusiasts) could participate in funding Real Estate projects with as low as $1 in return for stated dividends.

After proper vettings by Relsify, Real Estate Developers list their projects with detailed information which are accessible with only 1 click while Investors surf through projects to see which is of interest the most with satisfactory dividends. The developer's whitepaper and other documents are also attached to each project to allow for personal due diligence for those who care.

All you need is to sign up to Relsify’s platform within just 1-2 min and you’d be able to deposit your digital asset (BTC, ETH, USDT) into your wallet to enable you start investing in your choice property. If you don’t have any digital asset, you can buy from xchanges or do a peer-2-peer transaction and have it deposited to your wallet for use.

When you buy into any project listed by a Developer, you receive a security token (STO) which represents your equivalent share of that property, backed and bound by a smart contract. Depending on the whitepaper agreement of the project, you might either have to place a sell order, wait a certain period (say 6months or 12months), or keep receiving dividends every month if it’s a commercial property (until you sell of your STO).

Yes. $RELS is Relsify's utility token. It is different from the real estate security token which is the equivalent value of the physical assets invested into. The relationship between $RELS & the STO is that just like any other crypto asset, $RELS can also be used to buy into any property STO.

The Developer is responsible for the issuance of security tokens according to the equivalent share of an Investor in the funding of the property.

The STOs can be withdrawn into compatible wallets ONLY. Withdrawing to an incompatible wallet can result in the loss of STO within the blockchain network. Neither Relsify nor the Developer would be responsible for whatever happens to the Token outside our platform.

The supply of individual STOs is determined by what is valued as sufficient to complete a Developer's project. If a property would cost $1m to develop, there would only be $1m worth of STOs for that particular property. If 1000 persons are to fund the project, each STOs would cost $1000.

Our priority is to leverage on where the strength of the product is which is the cryptocurrency community and audience. However, we would be banking on several educational strategies to reach those who know nothing about Blockchain but are interested in Real Estate.
